Msgr. Paul McPartlan
A GOARCH friend suggested checking him out (CV). He also seemed to think that the Statement of Joint Catholic-Orthodox Commission (given at Ravenna) would present a challenge to the dogmatic teaching of Vatican I on the nature of papal primacy. I guess I'll have to read that one carefully.
Msgr. McPartlan is also the author of Sacrament of Salvation: An Introduction to Eucharistic Ecclesiology (Google Books & Amazon) and The Eucharist Makes the Church.
