The Green Pass Comes to the Vatican

VATICAN--The Vatican has just issued a decree that starting 1 Oct 2021, all visitors must have COVID Green Pass.

I have requested clarification from @HolySeePress to if this includes visiting St. Peter's Basilica, etc.
