That post was gay.
Even if you read an adoring biography by Virgil Michel's heir, Father Paul Marx, he comes off as an incredibly arrogant individual (Probably a Commie) who was abusing the Liturgy long before his other intellectual descendants started abusing it in earnest in the 60s.
