One should not need to be a Roman-rite traditionalist in order to agree with the argument, if one has any respect for the tradition of the Church Universal.

The author could have elaborated on the priesthood of the faithful and the primacy of charity in holiness; his attempt to give a response to those who support the ordination of women to the priesthood merely sidesteps there objection to the restriction of holy orders to males and does not give a positive defense for it. In general, Latin Catholics are uncomfortable with giving a defense based on sex differences, even if those feminists pushing for women's ordination (or the equal participation of women in all spheres, that is those that matter in terms of authority) are guilty of the apex fallacy, while ignoring those lay Catholic males, those betas.

At Pentecost, God did not heal the world of its diverse tongues, but instead superseded them. This first He accomplished through the miraculous preaching of the apostles, whereupon “every man heard them speak in his own tongue.” (Acts 2:6) Later, this supernatural provision was supplanted by a more quotidian mechanism: the embrace of Latin — the dominant language of the world at that time — as the universal, perpetual, and living language of the Church.

Each person of the Most Holy Trinity pours himself out upon the Church in a kenosis of self-giving. The Church, in her celebration of the liturgy, responds in kind; by blessing the Father, by clinging to Christ as the Bride clings to her Bridegroom and as the Body is joined to its Head, and by cooperating with the Holy Spirit in a joint activity of preparation, remembrance, transfiguration and communion. Because we are flesh and blood, God in his mercy has so ordered the economy of our salvation that this divine communion with him should take place not in the realm of subjective fancy, but in the objective celebration of the divine mysteries. In the liturgy, the "Yes" of God to man encounters the "Yes" of man to God: the divine initiative meets Marian consent.
From what I've read of Fr. Bouyer's trinitarian theology, I don't think he would agree.

About that Canonization of John XXIII: Just a Minute, Now by Christopher A. Ferrara
Mr. Ferrera quotes Cardinal Amato:
This would certainly be a better justification for canonizing someone; but is infallibility involved if the pope does not have the authority on his own to declare someone a saint for the Church Universal but only for his patriarchate? Rather, he could only recognizing someone to be a saint for the Church Universal if such a cult existed universally? And do patriarchs of particular churches participate in the charism of infallibility when they declare someone to be a saint for their church?
Mr. Ferrera quotes Cardinal Amato:
For such a canonization, according to the teaching of Benedict XIV, three elements are required: an ancient tradition of devotion, the constant and common attestation of trustworthy historians on the virtues or martyrdom, and the uninterrupted fame of miracle.
If these conditions are satisfied—again according to the teaching of pope Prospero Lambertini [Benedict XIV]—the supreme pontiff, by his authority, can proceed with the “canonization equivalent”… without any definitive formal sentence, without any preliminary juridical process, without having carried out the usual ceremonies.
